Software License and Service Agreement

When you use this service, you should choose the version of the software that matches your terminal, system, etc., otherwise you may not be able to use the service normally.
2.3 Scope of License
2.3.1 Uarm gives you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Software. You may download, install, use, and log in to the Software on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes.
2.3.2 You may make one copy of the Software and use it only as a backup. The backup copy must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.
All other rights not expressly granted by this Article and other terms of this Agreement are retained by the Uarm. You must obtain additional written permission from the Uarm when exercising these rights. If the Uarm does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of the right.

Fourth, the acquisition of software
4.1 You can obtain the software directly from the website on the Uarm, or from a third party authorized by the Uarm.
4.2 If you obtain the software or the same installation procedure from the third party authorized by the Uarm, the Uarm cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally and is not responsible for the damage caused to you.
Five, software installation and uninstallation

8.1.4 You understand and agree that Uarm will use its commercial reasonable efforts to secure your data storage in the Software and Services, but the Uarm cannot provide complete assurance, including but not limited to the following:
(1) The Uarm is not responsible for the failure to delete or store the relevant data in the Software and Services;
(2) Uarm has the right to decide the maximum storage period of your data in the software and services, the maximum storage space of the data in the server, etc. according to the actual situation. 8.1.5 The operation activities in the software are all from the Uarm. Except for special statement, the prize producers provided in the activity (such as Apple, whose prize is Apple mobile phone, the same below) are not involved in the operation activities of the software. The prizes involved in the event are also purchased by the Uarm. If there is a dispute arising from the operation of the operation, the Uarm shall bear the responsibility within the scope prescribed by law and shall have nothing to do with the prize producer. 8.3 User Prohibited Behavior
You may not engage in the following acts unless permitted by law or with written permission from the Uarm:
(1) delete the copyright information on the software and its copy;
(2) Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation, or other attempts to discover the source code of the software;
(3) use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reproduce, compile, publish, publish, and establish mirror sites for the intellectual property rights on the Uarm;
(4) Copying, modifying, adding, or deleting the data released to the memory of any terminal during the running of the software or the software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the running of the software, and the system data necessary for the running of the software. , hook-and-run, or the creation of any derivative work, including but not limited to access to the Software and related systems using plug-ins, plug-ins, or non-right-party licensed third-party tools/services;
(5) by modifying or falsifying the instructions and data in the software operation, adding, deleting, changing the function or operation effect of the software, or operating or transmitting the software or method for the above purposes, whether or not the behavior is Business purpose
(6) to log in or use Uarm software and services through non-Uarm development, authorized third-party software, plug-ins, plug-ins, systems, or to produce, publish, and disseminate the above tools;
(7) Interfering with the software, its components, modules, data, etc. by itself, by authorizing others or by using third party software;
(8) Other acts that are not authorized by the Uarm.
8.4 Responsible for your actions
You fully understand and agree that you are responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you post and any consequences arising therefrom. You should personally judge the content you are exposed to when using the Service and assume all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from the reliance on the correctness, completeness or usefulness of the content. The Uarm cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your risk.
8.5 Default treatment
If the Uarm discovers or receives reports from others that you have violated this agreement, Uarm reserves the right to delete or block the relevant content at any time without notice, and to take time to suspend or terminate you, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your use of the corresponding Uarm account. Use part or all of this service and pursue legal responsibilities.
8.6 Treatment of third party damage
f you violate the agreement and cause any third party damage, you shall be solely responsible; if the Uarm suffers losses, you shall also compensate.
Nine. Products or services provided by third parties
When you use products or services provided by third parties on the Uarm platform, in addition to complying with the terms of this agreement, you should also abide by the third party user agreement. The Uarm and third parties shall be responsible for each possible dispute within the scope of the legal provisions and agreements.
When the user uses the software or requires the Uarm to provide a specific service, the software may call a third-party system or use the third-party to support the user's use or access, the result of use or access is provided by the third party (including but not limited to you through this The service and content provided by the third party provided by the service, the services and contents accessed by the third party through the open platform on the Uarm, etc., the Uarm cannot guarantee the security, accuracy, validity and other uncertainties of the services and contents provided by the third party. X. Intellectual Property Statement

10.2 You may not implement, utilize or transfer such intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial use, without the prior written consent of the Uarm or the relevant rights holder.
XI, terminal security responsibility
11.1 You understand and agree that the Software or the Service, like most Internet software and services, may be affected by a variety of factors (including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.); Intrusion of security issues (including but not limited to illegal use of user data by others for real-world harassment; other software downloaded or installed by users or other websites visited may contain viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs that threaten your terminal's information and The security of the data, which in turn affects the software, the normal use of the service, etc.). The Uarm will take reasonable and prudent measures to protect your terminal information and data security according to industry standards, but you acknowledge and agree that the Uarm cannot provide any guarantee.
11.4 Under no circumstances should you believe in borrowing, asking for passwords or other network information relating to property. If you are involved in property operations, please check the identity of the other party first, and always pay attention to the tips on the Uarm to prevent fraud.
12. Third party software or technology
12.1 The Software may use third party software or technology (including open source code and public domain code that may be used by the Software, etc.), which has been legally authorized.
12.2 If the third party software or technology is used in the software, the Uarm will display the relevant agreements or other documents in accordance with relevant regulations or conventions, and may be displayed in the form of attachments to this software installation package and specific packages in the software installation package. They may be expressed in the form of a Software License Agreement, a License Agreement, an Open Source Code License, or other form. The foregoing agreements or other documents presented in various forms are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and you shall comply with these requirements. Thirteen, other
13.1 Your use of the Software or the Service is deemed to have been read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. The Uarm reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement as necessary. You may review the terms of the agreement in the latest version of the Software and the Service. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the Software and the Service, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised agreement, you should stop using the software.
13.2 The place of signing this agreement is Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, the People's Republic of China.
13.3 The establishment, entry into force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the Conflict of Laws).
13.4 If there is any dispute or dispute between you and the Uarm, you should first settle it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place where the agreement is signed.
13.5 The headings of all the terms of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning and cannot be used as a basis for interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
13.6 The terms of this Agreement are partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, and the remaining terms are still valid and binding on both parties.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of this Agreement, the contents of the Chinese version shall prevail. (Finish)
